When you need a high-energy cookie, this is the one: Adams Peanut Butter, sprouted oats, chocolate chips, and raisins combined in a monster sized treat.

This is the hand-written recipe of the legendary Talkeetna resident, climber, ski and outdoor enthusiast: Arthur Mannix. Art climbed Denali on several occasions and was part of the historic Mountain Maniacs group who rescued men off a plane crash on Denali in 1982. Art, along with his brother Chris and wife Karen were part of the original crew responsible for ski trail development in Talkeetna - allowing for some of the beloved hiking and skiing trails we enjoy today. Art was a long time member and president of the ski club. His legacy lives on through the dozens of Denali junior nordic skiers who develop a love of the sport each year in Talkeetna. 20% of the proceeds of this product will go toward the Arthur Mannix Memorial fund, which is dedicated to "connecting people with nature through recreational, creative, educational and/or scientific purposes".
